Terms of Use
Simple terms for a simple app.
These terms govern your use of Again: Daily Checklist. We have written them in plain language. Please read them; they contain important information about your rights and our limitations.
Effective date: September 18, 2026
Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading or using Again: Daily Checklist (“Again” or “the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
People of any age may use Again.
License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use Again on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms of Service and these terms.
This licence does not include the right to distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app or any part of it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Again only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or integrity features.
- Use the app to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Not professional advice
Again is a personal checklist and productivity aid. It is not medical advice, mental-health therapy, emergency assistance, or professional advice of any kind.
Do not rely on Again in any situation that requires professional judgment. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency services directly.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The content you enter into Again, including checklist item titles and categories.
- Managing notification permissions and ensuring reminders align with your intentions.
- Any exports or backups you create and the destinations to which you share them.
- Keeping your device and iOS secure so that others cannot access the app's local data.
- Any decisions you make based on content or reminders in the app.
Intellectual property
Again, including its name, icon, design, illustrations, code, and related materials, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws and belongs to its respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Content you create within the app — your checklist items and settings — belongs to you. We make no claim to it, and as described in our Privacy Policy, we do not have access to it.
Warranty disclaimer
Again is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the app will always remain available or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where this applies to you, the above disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Again and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app — including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of routines or productivity records, or personal injury resulting from use of app reminders or suggestions.
Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of harm, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by that law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Termination
You may stop using Again at any time by deleting the app from your device.
If you violate these terms in a material way, your licence to use the app terminates automatically. On termination, you must cease all use and delete the app from your devices. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those on intellectual property, warranty disclaimer, and limitation of liability — remain in effect.
